- High Speed Internet: There are several vendors in the area... too many to mention. We used At&t which bundled our cable and cell phone service for lower rates.

Miscellaneous Schedules:
- Rubbish Pickup Days: Monday is regular trash only (blue top container). Thursday is regular trash and recyclables (blue top and green top containers). Collection is around 7 am.
- Lawn Maintenance: Every Monday at 8 am grass is cut and edging is preformed.
- Lawn Irrigation: Mon, Thurs and Saturday at 4 am. The watering time will vary with season. Summertime
- Shrub Trimming: Every 1 to 2 months as required. John from HHG normally does the trimming.
- Palms Trees Trimmed: Once a year usually in July or August.
- Pool Maintenance: Once a week usually on Thursday. Korrie or Karen from Pinch a Penny normally clean pool.
- DDS Meeting: Driveway Drinkers Society meets by the mailbox in front of your house every Friday at 5 pm. Bring a chair, a beverage of your choice (non-alcohol drinks are fine) and a good attitude. A great chance to meet the neighbors and find out whats happening in Willowood.

- Pinch a Penny: 850.916.9816 - company that maintains your pool. Korrie or Karen normally clean the pool on Thursday.
- HHG (Holland Home & Garden): 850.525.7326 - company that maintains hedges and shrubs. John normally does the work.
- Jim Napoleone: ROMEO contact. Retired Old Men Eating Out group meets nearly every Tuesday around 11 am at one of several local eateries. Great group (sometimes up to 20 gentlemen) to mingle with to find out what's happening locally. Call Jim if interested in joining... no fees. Website is www.gulfbreezeromeos.com.
- Fred Seager: Mr. Willowood. He lives directly across the street and is a trove of knowledge on what is happening in the Willowood neighborhood. He will give you additional contact info for the HOA neighborhood board, upcoming events in the hood, etc. He's also the guy that blows the horn at 5 pm on Friday for the DDS (Driveway Drinkers Society).
Shade Sail Install:
Simply lay out the shade sails so that the labeled D rings align with labeled hooks and pulleys then follow directions below. You will need a short ladder for connections to house.
NOTE: It is advisable to take down the shade sails for winds exceeding 25 mph. Umbrellas should be taken down for winds in excess of 15 mph. Shade sails and umbrellas will NOT be replaced by Landlord.
